Another small treasure from the wandering archives of the intertubes, and what a pleasingly diagrammatic thing it is.
There’s a particular charm to a poster that dares to explain itself in arrows and elegant little labels, as though the mysteries of beer might be gently persuaded into order.
And this one, well, it truly floats my hop.
Not in any grand or scholarly sense, you understand, but in that quiet, contented way a well-drawn line, a neatly placed note, and a suggestion of hops and barley can bring a peculiar sort of joy.
It is, in short, a thing to be admired, preferably with a pint in hand, and nowhere urgent to be.
