Heres the rules

Customer Loyalty Points We operate our own customer loyalty points programme. Loyalty points are exclusive to you and are our way of saying thank you for shopping with us. There is no need to register, everytime you place an order with us we automatically add points to your account. You can check your loyalty points total at any time by logging into your account. Each point is worth 1p. Once you have 500 points (worth £5) or more you can trade them for a discount code. You'll see a "Customer Loyalty Points" section towards the bottom of the confirmation page during the checkout process. If you wish to use your points, just click on the link to generate a discount code. You don't use the points everytime you make a purchase, you can build them up. The more you have, the bigger the discount you'll get!

To ensure fairness, a few basic rules apply; Points are based on the total value of the order, excluding any delivery and shipping costs. The diccount code or points can not be excanged for cash. The discount code is only valid for today and can not be re-issued. They can not be used for orders placed by telephone. They must be exchanged online. we can not exchange them for a discount code via the phone. They can not be used with any other offer or promotion code. They must be exchanged for a discount code and can not be exchanged directly for any product or service unless specified. They do not expire but we reserve the right to withdraw this service at any time without notice. The discount code must be lower than the value of the order (excluding shipping). If you generate a code for a value greater than your order, you will loose the difference. If you cancel or return your order, the points will be deducted from your account.
